Can I use the postal service to ship?

In most instances, we can ship orders via US Postal services. However, there is at least a $25 service fee for these shipments as a person from our shipping department usually has to hand carry a shipment to the post office in order for it to be shipped out. The exception to this fee are orders for books.

Can I use the postal service to have my package sent to me if I live outside the USA?
In most cases, we will not be able to provide a tracking number for shipments outside the USA . We will only be held responsible for providing proof that your order shipped out (shipping receipt from the US Postal service). When available, we will take out insurance for each shipment (not possible for all countries). If it appears that the package will not be delivered, then we will resend a new shipment or provide a refund once we have received payment on the insurance claim from the US Postal service (this usually takes 4-6 months). If we could not get insurance for delivery to your location, we will not be able to provide you with a refund. We also cannot refund the cost of the shipment.

If you need to be guaranteed of receiving a tracking number, then we must use UPS or a similar carrier. You are required to pay all duties and in country taxes when applicable. In most cases, UPS will provide the customs brokerage service to import a shipment and will charge you for both the customs duties, taxes and their own customs brokerage fees.
