006 BRONZE CARTRIDGE CIRCULATORS

The Taco 006 Cartridge Circulator is designed for use in circulation of hot and chilled fresh water in open and closed loop applications. The 006 can be used for Domestic Hot Water Recirculation, Heat Recovery Units, Water Source Heat Pumps, Drain Down Open Loop Solar Systems and Potable Water Systems. The 006 is available in bronze construction with sweat or threaded connections. The Unique Replaceable Cartridge contains all of the moving parts, and allows the circulator to be serviced instead of replacing the entire unit. The Quieter Direct Drive cartridge type "00" Series circulator is Self Lubricating, contains No Mechanical Seal, and requires No Maintenance. The Compact Low Power consumption design is ideal for those high efficiency jobs.

APPLICATIONS
Designed for domestic hot water systems and circulation of open fresh water and potable water systems. The pump is suitable for use in draindown solar systems as well as heat recovery units.

FEATURES

• UL llisted 1/40 HP motor is impedance protected, nonoverloading at any point on the pump curve.
• Bronze body with 3/8”, ½”, and ¾” sweat connections. Also ¾” NPT is available.
• Delivers flow to 6 GPM and head to 9 feet.

008 CARTRIDGE CIRCULATORS

The Taco 008 Cartridge Circulator is designed for use in hydronic heating systems and open loop fresh water applications. The cast iron 008 can be used in Higher Head hydronic heating systems, Radiant In-Floor/Panel heating systems, and closed loop Solar systems. The bronze 008 can be used in Higher Head Heat Recovery systems, Water Source Heat Pumps, and open loop Solar systems. Model 008B
APPLICATIONS
The first circulators designed specifically for open Solar systems. This pump is suitable for use in domestic hot water recirculation lines in drainback solar systems as well as heat pumps.

FEATURES

• Compact bronze body with connections. Available with ¼” – 1 ½” companion flanges or 5/8” and 7/8” sweat connections.
• Delivers flows to 9 GPM and head to 17 feet.

APPLICATIONS
Designed for use in closed loop solar systems and Hydronic applications where higher head is necessary.

• • Cast iron flanged body available with ¾” through 1 ½” companion flanges.
• Flows to 14 GPM and head to 16 feet.

The cast iron 009 can be used in High Head - Low Flow Hydronic Heating Systems, Higher Head Radiant In-Floor/Panel Heating Systems, and High Head Closed Loop Solar Systems. The bronze 009 can be used in Open Loop Solar Systems, and Light Commercial Domestic Hot Water Recirculation Systems.
