**Limited Warranty on the power output and the materials of the module. E-Village guarantees that unit will produce a minimum 80% of its stabilized power rating for the Warranty Period from the purchase date. E-Village warrants the module to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal applications, installation, use and service conditions for the Warranty Period from the purchase date. E- Village will, at its option, either repair or replace the product if it becomes inoperable due to a defect in material or workmanship during the warranty period.

During the first 6-12 weeks of operation initial electrical output may exceed initial ratings by 5 %. After long-term stabilization electrical performance may vary by up to 35% from initial power rating due to low temperature operation, spectral and other normal related effects.
